What are Eyelash Extensions?
Eyelash Extensions are semi permanent lashes that are applied one by one to each individual natural lash. Applied correctly this will cause no damage to the natural lash. They are curved into different curls to replicate a natural lash.
How long will a set of Eyelash Extensions last?
Eyelash Extensions last 4 to 6 six weeks with recommended fills every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain fullness. Although every ones experience will differ based on sleep patterns, work out habits, and over all day to day activities. It is important to follow the after care instructions provided.
How long will it take to apply Eyelash Extensions?
The application process normally takes anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours for a full set.
How often should I get a lash fill?
We recommend clients to get a lash fill every 2 to 3 weeks. Anything after this could result in the lashes being removed and or a new lash set. Your natural eyelashes will go through the growth cycle where your NL will shed. With the growth of new lashes other factors such as sweating, steam, rubbing, on pulling the lashes. These are a few things that could cause them to shed quicker. Fill-ins are to touch up any lashes that have shed during the growth cycle or that have falling out.
Can I wear mascara, or eyeliner with my Eyelash Extensions?
Mascara It is not recommended at all. However, if you must use eyeliner use a oil free based liner. Wash Eyelash Extensions with an oil free based cleanser with a lint free pad.
Please come to appointment with lashes free from any eye makeup.
Should I clean my lashes?
The answer is YES.
How do I clean eyelash extensions?
Water, fortunately, is not one of the things that you need to avoid. Eyelash extensions, once properly cured, become relatively waterproof. Many people seem to think, that because we tell you in the aftercare Instructions, not to wet your eyelashes for 24 hours, this means do not wet them at all Ever. Not true you can clean them after the 24 hours recommended curing time

What are after care instructions?
The eyelash cycle is approximately four weeks. Do not be alarmed if some of your lashes fall out quickly as they were likely at the end of their cycle. The majority of extensions will stay through a complete cycle if you follow these guidelines:
NOTE: You will shed 3 to 5 lashes per day. In a week you WILL shed about 21 lashes.
1.Do not wet eyelashes for the first 24 hours.
2.Clean extensions daily with Tantrum Winks Lash Shampoo. Oil free eyelash remover.
3.Brush lashes twice daily.
4.Avoid direct heat over a stove or BBQ grill, steam, spas, saunas and hot tubs.
5.Do not use regular or water proof mascara. NO oil based eye make up NOT recommended.
6.Never use an eyelash curler on your lashes.
7.Do not pull, rub, or tug on the lashes. Do not cut the extensions.
8.Do not remove the extensions yourself. Always have a professional lash technician remove them for you.
9.No perming or tinting lashes before or after application.
10.Do not use oil-based eyeliner, eyeshadow, cleaners, lotion, or eye makeup remover.
11.Do not sleep on your lashes
12.Avoid pulling on lash extensions. Pulling on the extensions will remove the natural lash.
